Might be "NO" , but now you should be saying "YES" because a new cool app called AndroniumOS is available on the playstore that  will help you to make this possible . Now , you can easily turn your android to a work computer through this app which is available now in the public beta version , but works fine. 

Andronium OS is currently availble in the free publicbeta version. It runs quite well on Snapdragon 800 or better processor 2GB Rm or 1080 P external monitor. A quite drawback is that it requires lollipop or later versions of Android to run . But, it might not be a problem because most of the devices in these days have been updated to lollipop or more. 

How To Turn Your Android Device Into Full Functional Computer

Now Lets know how to use Andronium Os on your Android by the following Steps:
Step I: At first , go to the playstore on your Android Device and Download the AndroniumOS app on your device , and Launch it. 

Step 2: After launching the app , it will ask for a permission called "App Usage Acess". Simply, grant it with "OK" button.

Step 3: Now it will ask for notification Access On your device . You should grant the notification access to the app. 

Step 4: Now, you will see the home screen on Andromium OS simply click on “OK”.

Step 5 : On the dropdown notification panel , you will see “Andromium OS is running” . All you need to do next is to tap on it and then launch it. 

here you are , You are completely done ! Now you can enjoy full functional computer by attaching your device to TV/Monitor and keyboard and Mouse.

Notice: Sometimes you may face problems when you launch the AndroniumOS App, so disable the screen lock on your phone
